Key Responsibilities
- Welcome clients warmly upon arrival and assist them throughout their visit.
- Escort clients between service sections (hair, nails, spa, facial, etc.) in a polite and professional manner.
- Communicate with staff to ensure clients are served promptly and efficiently.
- Provide information about services, treatments, and promotions.
- Coordinate appointment schedules with the reception team to minimize waiting time.
- Ensure that clients are comfortable and satisfied during their entire experience.
- Handle any client concerns or requests with care and professionalism.
- Maintain a clean and organized environment in client waiting and service transition areas.
- Support front desk and management as needed with coordination and communication tasks.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a beauty salon, spa, or hospitality environment preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, approachable, and customer service–oriented personality.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English required; Arabic or other languages is an advantage.
