Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Sales Coordinator with experience in the packaging industry to support the sales team in managing client accounts, coordinating internal teams, and ensuring timely delivery of packaging solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports for flexible packaging products.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and quality teams to ensure order fulfillment.
- Maintain client records and follow up on orders, invoices, and deliveries.
- Assist in resolving client queries related to packaging specifications and timelines.
- Support sales campaigns, product launches, and customer meetings.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field.
- 2–4 years in a sales support or coordination role in packaging.
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
