Job Description
As our Sales Coordinator, you will be the backbone of our Sales & Marketing team, ensuring seamless coordination and outstanding support that drives business success. With your organizational skills, attention to detail, and passion for hospitality, you will help showcase one of the world’s most iconic hotels and ensure that every client experience is smooth, professional, and memorable.
What you will be doing:
- Support the Sales team by preparing proposals, contracts, reports, BEOs and presentations.
- Coordinate and follow up on client inquiries, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Maintain and update client records, pipelines, and sales reports.
- Assist in organizing site inspections, familiarization trips, and client visits on board the QE2.
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure the flawless execution of group bookings, events, and leisure stays.
- Contribute to sales campaigns, research, and promotional initiatives.
Qualifications
What we are looking for:
- Previous experience in Sales/Events/Administrative roles.
- Based in in the UAE.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of Opera is a plus.
- A proactive, detail-oriented, and team-driven professional.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
