About the Role

We are a fast-growing lab-grown diamond brand focused on direct-to-consumer sales in the UAE. This role is responsible for managing inbound leads, guiding clients through the buying process, and closing sales through consultations and follow-ups.

This is not cold calling. Leads come via Instagram, WhatsApp, and referrals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound leads via Instagram DMs, WhatsApp, and website
  • Qualify customers and understand budget and preferences
  • Conduct virtual and in-person consultations
  • Follow up consistently until closure
  • Coordinate client viewings and deliveries
  • Maintain accurate lead and client records
  • Provide a high-trust, premium customer experience

Requirements

  • 1–3 years experience in sales, retail, hospitality, or real estate
  • Strong spoken and written English
  • Comfortable discussing prices and closing deals
  • Well-presented and professional
  • Organized and disciplined with follow-ups
  • Jewelry experience is a plus but not required

Compensation

  • Base salary: AED 3,000 – 5,500
  • Commission: 1.5% – 2.5% per closed sale
  • Performance bonuses available

Work Expectations

  • 5 days per week availability
  • Fast response time during working hours
  • Client-first mindset

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 – AED5,500.00 per month
