About the Role
We are a fast-growing lab-grown diamond brand focused on direct-to-consumer sales in the UAE. This role is responsible for managing inbound leads, guiding clients through the buying process, and closing sales through consultations and follow-ups.
This is not cold calling. Leads come via Instagram, WhatsApp, and referrals.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound leads via Instagram DMs, WhatsApp, and website
- Qualify customers and understand budget and preferences
- Conduct virtual and in-person consultations
- Follow up consistently until closure
- Coordinate client viewings and deliveries
- Maintain accurate lead and client records
- Provide a high-trust, premium customer experience
Requirements
- 1–3 years experience in sales, retail, hospitality, or real estate
- Strong spoken and written English
- Comfortable discussing prices and closing deals
- Well-presented and professional
- Organized and disciplined with follow-ups
- Jewelry experience is a plus but not required
Compensation
- Base salary: AED 3,000 – 5,500
- Commission: 1.5% – 2.5% per closed sale
- Performance bonuses available
