Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our real estate team. This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills, a passion for property, and a drive to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment. You will be responsible for assisting clients in property transactions, conducting viewings, and delivering exceptional service throughout the buying and selling process.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell residential and commercial properties across Abu Dhabi
- Conduct property tours and provide market insights to clients
- Build and maintain relationships with buyers, sellers, developers, and investors
- Negotiate offers and close deals with professionalism and integrity
- Stay informed about market trends, legal procedures, and new property listings
- Use CRM systems to manage leads, follow-ups, and transaction records
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
Qualifications
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or real estate
- Strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi and UAE property market is a plus
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
- UAE driving license and own vehicle preferred
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and digital tools
- Energetic, self-motivated, and client-focused
