Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our real estate team. This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills, a passion for property, and a drive to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment. You will be responsible for assisting clients in property transactions, conducting viewings, and delivering exceptional service throughout the buying and selling process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell residential and commercial properties across Abu Dhabi
  • Conduct property tours and provide market insights to clients
  • Build and maintain relationships with buyers, sellers, developers, and investors
  • Negotiate offers and close deals with professionalism and integrity
  • Stay informed about market trends, legal procedures, and new property listings
  • Use CRM systems to manage leads, follow-ups, and transaction records
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or real estate
  • Strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi and UAE property market is a plus
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
  • UAE driving license and own vehicle preferred
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and digital tools
  • Energetic, self-motivated, and client-focused
