Key Responsibilities

• Proven experience in sales, customer service, staffing, or manpower services is a plus.
• Strong understanding of workforce solutions, recruitment processes, and client staffing needs.
• Knowledge of marketing and social media posting to support client engagement and brand presence.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage client relationships, handle post-deployment issues, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven with the ability to meet targets and deadlines.
• Comfortable working independently or collaboratively with internal teams (HR, recruitment, operations).
• Problem-solving skills with attention to detail and a proactive approach.
