We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Furniture Sales Associate to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills in English and Arabic, with the ability to build rapport, understand customer needs, and guide them toward the right furniture and mattress solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and provide excellent in-store service.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable furniture and mattress options.
• Present product features, materials, benefits, and pricing clearly and confidently.
• Maintain product knowledge across all collections and inventory.
• Assist in maintaining store presentation, displays, and cleanliness.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.
• Handle customer inquiries, follow-ups, and after-sales support professionally.

Requirements:

• Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
• Previous experience in furniture or mattress retail sales is a strong advantage.
• Strong communication, customer service, and negotiation skills.
• Positive attitude, professional appearance, and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Availability to work on weekends and holidays as required.
