Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused Sales Officer to join our team. If you have a flair for fragrance and enjoy helping customers find their perfect scent, this is the job for you! Your role will involve driving sales, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring a delightful shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in selecting perfumes based on their preferences
• Demonstrate knowledge of fragrance notes, brands, and new arrivals
• Drive in-store sales to meet daily and monthly targets
• Maintain the cleanliness and visual appeal of the store
• Handle cash and POS transactions accurately
• Assist in stock management, inventory, and reordering products
• Promote in-store promotions and loyalty programs
• Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business
• Stay up-to-date on fragrance trends and product knowledge

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent;
• 1+ year of experience in retail sales (perfume or cosmetics preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident, well-groomed, and presentable
• Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities
• Passion for perfumes and an eye for luxury
• Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts
