MISAR TRADING CO LLC is one of the leading importers of building materials, Hardware, Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing materials in the UAE. We are
Sales Assistant will support daily sales operations by assisting customers, handling inquiries, preparing sales documents, and ensuring smooth coordination between sales, stores, and accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with product information and availability
- Handle sales inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and walk-in customers
- Prepare quotations, sales orders, and invoices
- Coordinate with store and delivery teams for order processing
- Follow up with customers on quotations and pending payments
- Maintain accurate sales records and customer data
- Support the sales team in achieving monthly targets
- Ensure proper display of products and pricing (if showroom-based)
- Handle customer complaints and escalate when required
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience as a Sales Assistant or similar role
- Basic knowledge of sales processes and customer handling
- Good communication skills in English
- Experience in trading or retail companies preferred
