MISAR trading is one of the leading importers of building materials, hardware, mechanical, electrical and plumbing materials in UAE. We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Sales Assistant to support our sales team. The Sales Assistant will play a crucial role in managing sales activities, ensuring smooth operations, and providing excellent customer service. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with the sales team in managing schedules, preparing sales documents, and maintaining customer databases.
  • Process sales orders and ensure accurate and timely delivery of products.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure customer requirements are met.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide information about products, prices, and availability.
  • Prepare and distribute sales reports, presentations, and other sales-related documents.
  • Monitor sales performance and track key metrics.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services.
  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks and special projects as needed.

Requirements:

  • Only Female Candidates are Preferred
  • Sales Assistant: 2 years (Required)
  • Hardware or Building Materials: 2 years (Required)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Good Knowledge of UAE market and construction industry trends.
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
