A DAY IN THE LIFE
- Assist the Office CEO with his portfolio of clients
- Develop an expert understanding of aircraft and the chartering process
- Manage flight bookings with airlines from confirmation through post-flight report issuance
- Provide administrative support, including weather briefings, CFMU checks, flight watching, and overseeing departures
- Flight repping as required
- Coordinate with airlines, airports, and clients for smooth flight operations
- Build relationships with airlines and FBOs worldwide
- Maintain airport and airline contact information in the database
- Build a wide and effective network of contacts inside and outside the organization
- Make prompt, clear decisions, even when they involve tough choices or considered risks
Qualifications
THE PERSON
- Experience in flight operations and communication with airlines and FBOs
- Ambition, drive, and self-motivation
- Hardworking and flexible
- Strong resilience with the ability to thrive under pressure
- Ability to meet deadlines and solve problems effectively
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn new software and systems
- Valid UAE driving license
- Valid passport with the ability to gain visas for travel within the Middle East and Europe
- Excellent eye for detail to go beyond delivering outstanding service for clients
