Sales & Relationship Manager
We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Sales & Relationship Manager to help us strengthen existing partnerships while actively expanding our client base within the student accommodation and co-living sector. This role focuses on cultivating long-term, value-driven relationships and identifying new business opportunities that support our growth and service excellence.
Responsibilities:
Relationship Building & Business Development
- Proactively source and convert new leads within the student housing and co-living market.
- Build strong, ongoing relationships with current and potential clients to generate future business opportunities.
- Engage in sales activities such as client meetings, property tours, networking events, trade shows, and community outreach.
- Strengthen connections within the local and international education, relocation, and property sectors to broaden our customer base.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless handovers and exceptional service delivery.
Sales Execution & Coordination
- Conduct sales calls and meetings to secure new business and close deals.
- Prepare proposals, contracts, and follow-up communication with accuracy and professionalism.
- Support day-to-day sales operations, ensuring timely and effective execution of all sales activities.
Market Awareness & Strategic Selling
- Identify and target new markets and segments to help achieve revenue goals.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to position our offerings effectively.
- Understand our audience—students, universities, agencies, and partners—to deliver tailored solutions and service excellence.
Customer Service & Retention
- Uphold our customer service standards and act as an ambassador for a positive client experience.
- Maintain strong relationships with key accounts to grow segment share and enhance customer loyalty.
- Gather and relay customer feedback to continuously improve service quality.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in business development, leasing, or sales within the real estate industry (residential, commercial, or property management).
- Proven track record of achieving leasing targets and closing high-value deals.
- Experience in market research, client relationship management, and negotiations.
- Russian language will be an advantage.
