Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development
- Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new clients and increase occupancy.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calls, and partnerships.
- Conduct tours and presentations for potential clients.
- Negotiate and close lease/rental agreements.
- Prepare regular sales forecasts and performance reports.
Operations Management
- Oversee the daily operations of the business center, including facility management and administrative processes.
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness, safety, and functionality across all shared spaces.
- Manage vendor relationships and service contracts (e.g., cleaning, maintenance, IT support).
- Monitor inventory and order office supplies and equipment as needed.
Client Relations
- Act as the main point of contact for all client inquiries, requests, and concerns.
- Foster strong relationships with existing clients to encourage retention and referrals.
- Coordinate onboarding for new clients and ensure smooth transitions.
Team Leadership
- Supervise and support front desk, admin, and operations staff.
- Set clear performance goals and provide coaching and training to the team.
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate updates and encourage collaboration.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Hospitality Management, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a serviced office, coworking space, or hospitality setting.
- Proven track record in sales and operations management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
- Driving license is mandatory.
