About Us

Annex Training Institute is a leading educational and vocational training center dedicated to empowering students with practical skills for career success. We are expanding our team and looking for an experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our admissions and marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute monthly and quarterly sales and marketing plans.
  • Set and achieve enrollment targets for each course or program.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve performance goals.
  • Build partnerships with schools, colleges, and organizations to promote institute programs.
  • Plan and manage digital and offline marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
  • Prepare performance reports and present progress to management.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and student follow-up for inquiries and admissions.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sales and Marketing Manager (preferably in an education or training institute).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
  • Experience in student recruitment, lead generation, and marketing strategies.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools and online marketing platforms.
  • Ability to plan, analyze, and execute effective sales campaigns.
