Role Summary
The Sales & Marketing Officer is responsible for both sales growth and execution of marketing initiatives across outlets and retail channels. This hybrid role combines client acquisition and account management with marketing campaign execution and brand-building.
Key Responsibilities
Sales
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Develop new client accounts (corporate, catering, wholesale).
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Marketing
- Plan and implement promotions, activations, and seasonal campaigns.
- Manage social media presence and digital marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate with design/marketing team for brand materials.
- Track campaign ROI and key marketing metrics.
General
- Prepare regular sales and marketing reports for management.
- Collaborate with operations to ensure alignment between promotions and service delivery.
- Represent the brand at trade shows, exhibitions, and marketing events.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 3–5 years of combined sales & marketing experience in F&B / retail / hospitality (mandatory).
- Strong understanding of consumer marketing and F&B customer behavior.
- Proven track record of achieving targets and running campaigns.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Creative, proactive, and results-driven.
- Valid driving license is an advantage.
