We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to support business growth through lead generation, client acquisition, and brand promotion. The role involves executing sales strategies, building customer relationships, and implementing marketing campaigns to increase market visibility and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and client visits
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations tailored to client needs
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up on inquiries
- Maintain an updated CRM with accurate client records and activities
Marketing:
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels
- Manage social media accounts and content calendars
- Coordinate with designers and agencies to develop marketing materials
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Assist in organizing trade shows, events, and product launches
Reporting & Analysis:
- Track and report on sales and marketing KPIs
- Provide insights and recommendations based on campaign performance
- Monitor customer feedback and suggest improvements
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in sales or marketing (industry-specific experience is a plus)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM and digital marketing tools is an advantage
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and a team player
- Ability to travel as required
