We are looking for a Sales and Data Entry team member to join a specialty collectibles store within our group. This role combines customer service, data input, product handling, and basic photography.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable with computers, and able to interact professionally with customers. Training on all procedures will be provided.

✨ Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers and clearly explain our services and processes.
  • Enter product details accurately into our system.
  • Handle collectible items with care and follow proper procedures.
  • Photograph items and upload images to the database.
  • Support store sales and maintain clean, organized displays.
  • Manage online orders, prepare shipments, and contact customers for collections.
  • Support weekly activities, such as small community events.
  • Occasionally assist other stores within our group when needed.

✅ Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good computer skills and data entry ability
  • Friendly and professional customer service skills
  • Basic knowledge of collectibles, gaming, or trading cards (TCG) is an advantage
  • Photography experience is a plus
  • Retail or data-entry experience preferred
