Job Description:

We are looking for a friendly and motivated Sales and Customer Service Executive to join our travel and desert safari team. The role involves handling customer inquiries, promoting tours and travel packages, and ensuring clients have a great experience from booking to tour completion.

Main Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell travel packages, hotel bookings, and desert safari tours.
• Handle customer inquiries by phone, email, and WhatsApp.
• Prepare quotations, itineraries, and booking confirmations.
• Coordinate with drivers, guides, and suppliers for tour arrangements.
• Follow up on payments and maintain booking records.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle any issues professionally.
• Support the sales team to meet monthly targets.

Requirements:

• Experience in travel or tourism industry (UAE experience is a plus).
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Sales-driven and able to meet targets.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, etc.).
• Fluent in English (other languages are an advantage).
• Able to work flexible hours if required.
