We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Agent to generate leads, build relationships, and secure new cleaning service contracts. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, local market knowledge, and a proven sales background, preferably within the cleaning, facilities management, or service industry.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Identify and target potential clients including residential buildings, offices, hotels, restaurants, and real estate companies.
  • Conduct cold calls, email campaigns, and on-site visits to generate new business leads.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective customers.

2. Sales & Client Acquisition

  • Present Clean24’s services effectively to prospective clients.
  • Develop customized cleaning packages based on client needs.
  • Negotiate pricing, prepare quotations, and close deals.

3. Relationship Management

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Act as the main point of contact between clients and the operations team.
  • Follow up on client feedback to ensure service satisfaction.

4. Market Research & Reporting

  • Stay updated on competitor pricing, market trends, and client demands.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, leads, and conversions to management.

Key Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 1–3 years in sales, preferably in cleaning, facility management, or related services.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English (Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu is an advantage).
  • Networking Skills: Ability to connect with property managers, facility managers, and business owners.
  • Knowledge of Dubai Market: Familiarity with real estate, facility management companies, and cleaning service demand in different communities.
  • Driving License: Preferred, as the role involves client visits.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: AED 3,000 – AED 4,500 (based on experience)
  • Commission: Attractive commission structure based on closed deals
  • Other Benefits: UAE employment visa, health insurance, and annual leave as per UAE labor law
