Role Overview
We’re looking for a motivated Used Car Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in automotive sales and a good understanding of the local used car market. You’ll play a key role in managing leads, engaging with customers, and closing deals while maintaining strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect and assess used cars to determine pricing and condition.
- Engage with walk-in and online customers, understanding their needs and offering suitable vehicle options.
- Negotiate prices and financing terms while ensuring customer satisfaction and dealership profitability.
- Maintain an updated list of available inventory and ensure accurate information is shared with potential buyers.
- Support marketing activities, including posting listings, creating content, and participating in promotional events.
- Deliver excellent customer service and follow up after sales to build lasting relationships.
- Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and competitor activity.
- Coordinate with the finance and admin teams to ensure smooth transaction processing.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive sales, preferably in a used car showroom.
- Strong understanding of car models, specifications, and pricing.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic or other languages is an added advantage.
- Confident negotiator with a customer-focused attitude.
- Proficient in MS Office and basic CRM tools.
- Self-driven, energetic, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
