- Ensuring the confidentiality and security of files and filing systems.
- Ensuring the company is operating securely and effectively
- Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
- Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
- Supervising administrative staff and delegating responsibilities to ensure performance
- Receiving and processing communication channels, including email, phone, and physical mail.
- Conferring with accounting department to help make payments, process-incoming invoices, and verify receipts.
- Providing administration support to Sales, Tele sales Managers and Senior Management.
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
- Preparing SPAs & Airwaybills as and when requested by Client Services.
- Maintaining credit card & cash logs.
- Updating CRM with payments for clients
- Making sure all necessary approval is in place to proceed with deal registration in CRM.
- Making sure reservation forms & SPAs are always updated.
Desired Skill & Expertise:
- Proven experience of 3 years (min) as an Administrative role
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and priorities work
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
