Full job description

We are looking for a Sales Administrator to act as the main contact between the Sales Agents and the Operations team. The ideal candidate will manage documentation, maintain accurate records, and support smooth day-to-day real estate transactions. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and prior experience in real estate administration within the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the key link between Sales Agents and Operations for documentation and approvals.
  • Manage and update property listings
  • Prepare and process agrements, sales contracts, and real estate forms.
  • Ensure all documentation and permits are secured in coordination with the Operations team.
  • Maintain accurate records of client data, transactions, and contracts in the CRM system.
  • Handle administrative support for financial documentation and reporting.
  • Schedule client meetings and team appointments.
  • Assist in marketing activities.
  • Ensure compliance with the real estate regulations.
  • Provide general administrative support across HR coordination and office management.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sales Administrator/Real Estate Administrator in the UAE.
  • Strong knowledge of real estate documentation, contracts, and regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency in property listing
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication skills in English (Hindi/Urdu is an advantage).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Detail-oriented and able to work effectively under pressure.
