We are looking for a Sales Administrator to act as the main contact between the Sales Agents and the Operations team. The ideal candidate will manage documentation, maintain accurate records, and support smooth day-to-day real estate transactions. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and prior experience in real estate administration within the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the key link between Sales Agents and Operations for documentation and approvals.
- Manage and update property listings
- Prepare and process agrements, sales contracts, and real estate forms.
- Ensure all documentation and permits are secured in coordination with the Operations team.
- Maintain accurate records of client data, transactions, and contracts in the CRM system.
- Handle administrative support for financial documentation and reporting.
- Schedule client meetings and team appointments.
- Assist in marketing activities.
- Ensure compliance with the real estate regulations.
- Provide general administrative support across HR coordination and office management.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sales Administrator/Real Estate Administrator in the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of real estate documentation, contracts, and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in property listing
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication skills in English (Hindi/Urdu is an advantage).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Detail-oriented and able to work effectively under pressure.
