JOB DESCRIPTION:
Objective: Contributes to the Sales Administration job family in a support capacity. Provides a range of specialist administrative/professional services to a sales organization. Support the sales managers in all aspects of account maintenance ensuring maximum effectiveness of internal administrative processes and communication to guarantee optimum service to the client
- To manage quote requests and proposals from Quote tool, for all regions, segment and channels
- Mailbox and document management- Completion of allocated QR by end of day. Keeping the team informed of any delay/challenges, etc.
- Working collaboratively within the support and broader sales team
- Responding to underwriters, broker and client’s queries within TAT
- Supporting important sales projects
- Building trust/relationships with internal teams and brokers/clients
- Salesforce management, reports and internal calls
- Actively support other team members and provide resource to enable all team goals to be achieved
- Product mastery to design client proposals and offer the best suited options
- Contribute towards building and improvisation of internal processes and guidelines
- Supporting sales team and enabling them to sell when they are away for meetings
- Business awareness and prioritisation
- Strong interpersonal skills with good verbal and written communication to internal and external clients.
- Provide the highest levels of customer service, striving for first contact resolution, responding within given timelines written or verbal
- Build relations with internal departments to ensure all resources are utilized to the benefit of the client/broker, working within the regional benefits and reaching out to relevant service teams where necessary
- Work well in a team environment.
