Zahara Education is a leading institute in Sharjah dedicated to delivering high-quality educational services and training programs. We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales & Admin Executive to join our team and support both front-office operations and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Duties
- Promote Zahara Education’s courses and services to prospective students and parents.
- Handle enquiries via phone, email, social media, and walk-ins.
- Conduct follow-ups and convert leads into enrollments.
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and events.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions, and customer interactions.
Administrative Duties
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and answering calls.
- Handle student registrations, maintain attendance records, and update databases.
- Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and basic financial reports.
- Coordinate schedules for classes, instructors, and rooms.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and support internal communication.
- Assist with HR tasks such as maintaining staff files and scheduling interviews.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or administrative roles (preferably in the education sector).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English ( Hindi/Urdu ).
