Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, maintaining regular communication to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Handle client inquiries, resolve concerns, and address any product-related or service issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure timely order processing, delivery, and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline in the CRM, tracking all sales activities.
- Oversee client order fulfilment, handling order processing, payment coordination, delivery tracking, and post-purchase client support.
- Produce weekly and monthly sales reports, monitoring key metrics like orders, revenue, and new clients.
- Manage the CRM database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date client information.
- Assist the sales team with prospecting, lead generation, and follow-up activities.
Requirements:
- Recent graduate in Business Administration or a related field.
- At least 1 year experience or exposure in sales, customer service, or client-facing roles
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiar with customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- Fluent in English and Arabic; both written and verbal.
- Strong teamwork, organizational, and customer service skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
