Seeking a highly motivated and driven Field Sales Representative to join our growing sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and identify new business opportunities within your designated territory.
  • Conduct face-to-face meetings with potential clients, presenting our products and services to meet their needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, acting as the main point of contact for all sales inquiries.
  • Negotiate pricing and contracts to close sales deals effectively.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and marketing department to execute effective sales strategies.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor products, and customer feedback to adjust sales tactics.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to generate leads and expand market knowledge.

Qualifications:

  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Self-starter with a strong sense of initiative and the ability to work independently.
  • Comfortable with negotiating contracts and managing a sales pipeline.
  • Ability to travel within a designated region and work flexible hours to meet client needs.
