Full job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and enforce health and safety policies, procedures, and regulations at the construction site.
• Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards.
• Ensure all workers, contractors, and visitors comply with safety standards.
• Deliver safety training and toolbox talks to workers and site personnel.
• Investigate and report incidents, near misses, and accidents; recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, incidents, and training activities.
• Liaise with government safety inspectors and respond to any audit or inspection findings.
• Provide guidance and support to the project management team regarding safety best practices.
• Ensure the availability and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Monitor and ensure safe handling and storage of hazardous materials.
