Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Safety Officer to ensure compliance with all local health, safety, and environmental regulations on our project sites, with a particular focus on DDA (Dubai Development Authority) guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and enforce HSE policies in line with UAE labor law and DDA regulations.
• Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and toolbox talks.
• Investigate and report any safety incidents, violations, or near-misses.
• Ensure safety signage, PPE use, and emergency procedures are properly implemented.
• Liaise with DDA safety inspectors and ensure all documentation is maintained up-to-date.
• Support the preparation of safety audits and reports.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the UAE.
• Solid understanding of DDA safety regulations and procedures.
• Certified in NEBOSH / IOSH / OSHA or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to train workers and lead by example on-site.
