About the role :

The Chef De Partie is responsible for supervising and overseeing the preparation of food items for guest orders ensuring consistent quality . This role requires a special talent and passion for ensuring the culinary team deliver s the highest of culinary consistently and ensuring that our food offering is at the center of our guest experience . This role is part of the Room Service Kitchen reporting into the Chef De Cuisine .

What you will do :

  • Ensur e our guests consistently receive the highest level o f service excellence
  • Follow production, portion and presentation standards
  • Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment
  • Assist in setting up plans and actions to control food waste
  • Develop and mentor the team

What you bring :

  • A minimum of at least 2 to 3 years ofCulinary and supervisory experience in the similar role specializing in Asian cuisine in a luxury brand with in a luxury hotel
  • A creative flair and bring your personal touch and energy to all our food and beverage experiences
  • An outgoing personality and a can-do approach to an assigned task
  • Proficient in English (speaking, reading, writing)
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Ability to provide guidance to others
