JOB SUMMARY

. Strong experience in retail stores operations and customer service.

· Organizing all store operations and allocating responsibilities to colleagues to meet customer needs.

· Training new staff.

· Handling cash and credit card payments reports for Head Office.

· Overseeing product availability and pricing.

· Responding to customer complaints and queries in a professional manner.

· Maintain the neatness and cleanliness of the store.

· Organize displays ensuring shelves stock & replenishing when necessary.

· Welcoming & assisting customers to the store and answering their queries.

· Handling returns of merchandise.

· Assist with store inventory audits and stock ordering and receiving.

REQUIREMENTS

. Must have excellent communication in English.

. Experienced in MS Word, Excel, POS system and Emails.

. Experience with retail inventory and merchandising procedures.

. Friendly and outgoing personality with a customer service focus.

. Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and public holidays.

. Knowledge of issuing changes due receipts or refunds to customers.

. Should be able to join immediately.

. Candidates on a visit visa or cancelled visa will be given preference.

. Candidate lives in Dubai.
