Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and ensure a comfortable, enjoyable shopping experience.
- Listen actively to understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Present product details professionally, including material, size, color, country of origin, and promotions.
- Maintain an organized and attractive display to aid customer decision-making.
- Utilize sales skills to close sales efficiently.
- Coordinate with the cashier or complete sales according to company procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the showroom and storage area daily.
- Monitor stock levels and notify the supervisor of shortages for replenishment.
- Operate the cash register when required for efficient service.
- Achieve personal sales targets as outlined in the sales plan.
- Report customer or employee issues to the manager if unresolved.
- Update product information, including prices and promotions, on shelves.
- Participate in periodic stock inventory, ensuring data accuracy.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures (attendance, leave, etc.).
- Perform other reasonable tasks as assigned by showroom management.
Qualifications & Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- At least 3 years of retail sales experience.
- Fluency in Arabic; English skills preferred.
- Customer service experience.
- Teamwork skills.
- Strong communication and persuasion abilities.
- Effective communication with colleagues and customers.
- Familiarity with technical tools, including computers, Microsoft Office, and email.
