Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and ensure a comfortable, enjoyable shopping experience.
  • Listen actively to understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
  • Present product details professionally, including material, size, color, country of origin, and promotions.
  • Maintain an organized and attractive display to aid customer decision-making.
  • Utilize sales skills to close sales efficiently.
  • Coordinate with the cashier or complete sales according to company procedures.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the showroom and storage area daily.
  • Monitor stock levels and notify the supervisor of shortages for replenishment.
  • Operate the cash register when required for efficient service.
  • Achieve personal sales targets as outlined in the sales plan.
  • Report customer or employee issues to the manager if unresolved.
  • Update product information, including prices and promotions, on shelves.
  • Participate in periodic stock inventory, ensuring data accuracy.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures (attendance, leave, etc.).
  • Perform other reasonable tasks as assigned by showroom management.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least 3 years of retail sales experience.
  • Fluency in Arabic; English skills preferred.
  • Customer service experience.
  • Teamwork skills.
  • Strong communication and persuasion abilities.
  • Effective communication with colleagues and customers.
  • Familiarity with technical tools, including computers, Microsoft Office, and email.
