Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Provide detailed product information and demonstrate product features.
- Manage transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including merchandise displays.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and inventory.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns effectively.
- Assist in inventory management, restocking shelves, and stocktaking.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and store goals.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize revenue.
Requirements:
- Experience in Furniture Industry would be an advantage
- Proven experience as a retail sales associate or in a similar customer service role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused attitude with the ability to build lasting relationships.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Basic excel skills and familiarity with cash registers or POS systems.
- Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or marketing is a plus.
