Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.

  • Provide detailed product information and demonstrate product features.
  • Manage transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system.
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including merchandise displays.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and inventory.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns effectively.
  • Assist in inventory management, restocking shelves, and stocktaking.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and store goals.
  • Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize revenue.

Requirements:

  • Experience in Furniture Industry would be an advantage
  • Proven experience as a retail sales associate or in a similar customer service role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-focused attitude with the ability to build lasting relationships.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Basic excel skills and familiarity with cash registers or POS systems.
  • Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or marketing is a plus.
