Key Responsibilities:
- Greet, assist, and engage customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Demonstrate strong product knowledge — including features, benefits, and promotions.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets by upselling and cross-selling.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately for billing, cash handling, and refunds.
- Maintain store displays, ensure merchandise is well-organized, clean, and properly tagged.
- Replenish stock and assist in inventory counts and stock control procedures.
- Support visual merchandising efforts in line with company guidelines.
- Handle customer complaints and returns efficiently while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to all company policies, security, and grooming standards.
- Work as a team to ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of the store.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 1–3 years of experience in retail, preferably in fashion, footwear, or lifestyle brands.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English; Arabic or other language skills are an advantage.
- Strong customer service and sales orientation.
- Basic computer and POS operation knowledge.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customers simultaneously.
- Professional appearance and a positive, energetic attitude.
Working Conditions:
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Standing for long periods and occasional lifting of merchandise.
