Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet, assist, and engage customers in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
  • Demonstrate strong product knowledge — including features, benefits, and promotions.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets by upselling and cross-selling.
  • Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately for billing, cash handling, and refunds.
  • Maintain store displays, ensure merchandise is well-organized, clean, and properly tagged.
  • Replenish stock and assist in inventory counts and stock control procedures.
  • Support visual merchandising efforts in line with company guidelines.
  • Handle customer complaints and returns efficiently while maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Adhere to all company policies, security, and grooming standards.
  • Work as a team to ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of the store.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 1–3 years of experience in retail, preferably in fashion, footwear, or lifestyle brands.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic or other language skills are an advantage.
  • Strong customer service and sales orientation.
  • Basic computer and POS operation knowledge.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customers simultaneously.
  • Professional appearance and a positive, energetic attitude.

Working Conditions:

  • Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Standing for long periods and occasional lifting of merchandise.
