Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers at our mall kiosks, providing excellent service
  • Present and explain our tea products and accessories
  • Support customers in selecting the right teas, gifts, and accessories
  • Maintain kiosk display, cleanliness, and stock levels
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to team performance
  • Handle cash and card payments accurately

Requirements

  • Previous retail or sales experience is an advantage (tea or F&B experience is a plus)
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced mall environment
  • Friendly, energetic, and sales-driven personality
  • Tagalog speaking, female (preferred for easy team communication)
  • Basic English for dealing with customers
