Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Sales Representative based in Dubai. The Junior Sales Representative will be responsible for assisting customers, managing sales transactions, maintaining knowledge of inventory, and providing exceptional customer service. The role will also involve building relationships with clients, reaching out to potential new customers, and acting as a brand ambassador for Konésseur.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Sales experience, preferably in high-end fashion or luxury retail
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Knowledge of current fashion trends and pre-owned luxury market
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency with point of sale (POS) systems and inventory management
• High level of professionalism and ethical standards
• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus
• Previous experience in luxury retail, fashion, or a similar field is advantageous
