About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Retail & Logistics Manager with 12+ years of proven expertise in retail operations and logistics management within the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end retail operations, supply chain efficiency, warehouse management, distribution, and customer service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage retail operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day business activities.
- Oversee logistics, warehousing, and distribution functions to ensure timely delivery.
- Develop and implement efficient supply chain and inventory management strategies.
- Negotiate with vendors, suppliers, and logistics partners to optimize costs.
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics across retail and logistics functions.
- Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, health & safety standards, and company policies.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Manage and mentor teams across retail outlets and logistics operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail and logistics management, preferably in the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of UAE retail market dynamics and logistics operations.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven track record in optimizing retail operations and supply chain processes.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Fluency in English required; Arabic is an advantage.
