As a Restaurants Reservations Agent, you will be the first point of contact for guests seeking to experience our award-winning restaurants and lounges. You will:

  • Handle all restaurant reservations efficiently and courteously via phone, email, and online platforms.
  • Provide guests with accurate information on restaurant offerings, menus, promotions, and special events.
  • Coordinate with restaurant managers and the F&B team to ensure a seamless dining experience for every guest.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of reservations and guest preferences in accordance with hotel standards.
  • Uphold the InterContinental brand promise by delivering exceptional service with professionalism and warmth.

What we need from you:

  • Previous experience in guest services, call center, or F&B reservations within a luxury hotel or restaurant environment preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of reservation systems (such as Opera, OpenTable) is an advantage.
  • A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
