Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver an exceptional service experience that makes every guest feel welcome and valued.
  • Ensure food quality standards are met, including hot food served hot and cold food served cold.
  • Adhere to established timing standards for all food and beverage products and services.
  • Present menus, answer guest questions, and provide knowledgeable food and beverage recommendations.
  • Apply positive suggestive selling techniques to guide guests and enhance their dining experience.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of all food, liquor, beer, wine, and retail offerings.
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate, timely delivery of food orders.
  • Deliver food and beverages to any table as needed to support service flow.
  • Monitor table service and look for opportunities to consolidate service and increase table turns.
  • Pre-bus and bus tables, remove dirty dishes, and maintain table cleanliness throughout service.
  • Identify ways to minimize waste and control operational costs.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized restaurant environment.
  • Provide responsible service of alcoholic beverages in accordance with policies and regulations.
  • Process food and beverage payments accurately using the cash register or POS system.
  • Follow all cash handling policies and procedures.
  • Report to work on time and in proper uniform.
  • Support and lead service staff by example to uphold restaurant standards.
