Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Restaurant Supervisor to lead front-of-house operations and support the management team in delivering outstanding service. This role is ideal for someone who leads by example, keeps service standards high, and ensures the restaurant runs smoothly during every shift.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily front-of-house operations and service flow
  • Lead, motivate, and support the service team during shifts
  • Ensure exceptional guest experience and handle customer feedback professionally
  • Maintain service standards, cleanliness, and presentation at all times
  • Coordinate closely with kitchen and management teams
  • Manage staff schedules, breaks, and shift handovers
  • Train new team members and coach existing staff
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies

  • Previous experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or senior service role
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to stay calm and organized during busy service periods
