We’re Hiring for Restaurant Supervisor

V Hotel, Curio Collection by Hilton – Al Habtoor City is on the lookout for a passionate and driven Restaurant Supervisor to join our vibrant hospitality team.

What you’ll do:

• Lead and supervise restaurant staff to ensure outstanding service and teamwork
• Oversee daily operations, including opening & closing duties
• Handle guest needs and resolve service issues with professionalism
• Train, coach, and schedule team members
• Maintain cleanliness, safety standards, and inventory control
• Ensure company policies and safety protocols are always followed

What we’re looking for:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a related role
• At least 2 years in a supervisory position
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and perform under pressure
