The Restaurant Supervisor oversees daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service, high standards of food quality, and exceptional guest satisfaction. The role involves supervising staff, coordinating service activities, and supporting management in achieving operational and service excellence.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Supervise day-to-day restaurant operations and staff performance
  • Ensure excellent customer service and handle guest feedback or complaints
  • Allocate staff duties and monitor attendance and discipline
  • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards at all times
  • Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely service
  • Assist with inventory control, stock checks, and ordering supplies
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations
  • Support management with reports, training, and operational targets
