Grill Avenue is a new restaurant in the Marina serving international comfort food with a warm, welcoming atmosphere. We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily operations and ensure excellent customer service in a fast-paced F&B environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily front-of-house operations and staff
- Ensure high standards of service, cleanliness, and food presentation
- Manage staff schedules, attendance, and on-shift performance
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally
- Coordinate with the Head Chef and management team
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
- Assist with opening/closing procedures and cash handling
- Train, motivate, and support team members
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years experience as a Supervisor in a restaurant or café
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience in casual dining or breakfast concepts is a plus
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends
- Good English communication
- Knowledge of POS systems and basic reporting
