  • Supervise and coordinate restaurant staff to ensure smooth operations.
  • Monitor food quality, presentation, and hygiene standards.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and ensure satisfaction.
  • Assist in staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Maintain inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Support the Restaurant Manager in achieving sales and profitability targets.
  • Prepare daily reports on operations and staff performance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 – AED4,500.00 per month
