Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service flow.
  • Lead, train, and motivate service staff to deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and hygiene standards.
  • Assist in managing staff schedules, attendance, and performance evaluations.
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
  • Support inventory control and assist with ordering supplies when necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
  • Coordinate with kitchen and management teams to maintain high standards of service and efficiency.
  • Contribute to achieving revenue targets and improving customer satisfaction scores.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant or hospitality environment (heritage or fine dining experience preferred).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
