The Restaurant Supervisor supports the Restaurant Manager in overseeing the daily operations of Ladurée, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, adherence to brand standards, and smooth coordination of staff. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality in a luxury dining environment.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 2–3 years of supervisory experience in luxury dining, fine dining, or premium hospitality.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of French pastries, teas, and fine dining etiquette is an advantage.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Fluent in English; Arabic speaker or European speaker.
- Passion for hospitality and guest service.
- Impeccable grooming and professional presentation.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and consistency.
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
