  • JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the dietary department
  • Develop and maintain menus that meet the specific dietary needs of patients/residents
  • Ensure compliance with all dietary regulations and guidelines
  • Supervise and train dietary staff members
  • Monitor inventory and order food and supplies as needed
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dietary department
  • Assist in the development of dietary policies and procedures
  • Communicate effectively with other departments and healthcare professionals to ensure the delivery of proper nutrition to patients/residents
  • Handle and resolve any dietary-related issues or complaints
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of the dietary program to ensure quality and efficiency
