We are urgently seeking a detail-oriented, reliable, and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our growing chain of restaurants (Food Court Concept) in Dubai.

In this role, you will play a key part in managing daily operations, ensuring smooth service, maintaining quality standards, and motivating staff to deliver an excellent guest experience. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a customer-first mindset, and solid knowledge of restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage both front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by promoting excellent service and handling complaints professionally.
  • Maintain consistent food quality and hygiene standards.
  • Monitor staff performance, provide feedback, and implement improvements.
  • Forecast and manage inventory for food, beverages, and supplies.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
  • Identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
  • Prepare and submit weekly, monthly, and annual reports.
  • Train and mentor new staff, while providing ongoing coaching to existing team members.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (additional hospitality certifications a plus).
  • Proven experience in restaurant supervision/management, preferably in the hospitality or food court industry.
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage service.
  • Familiarity with restaurant management software.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to make quick, effective decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • UAE driving license and own car (advantage).
  • Hands-on experience in both front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
