This role is ideal for someone who has grown QSR brands before, understands food margins, delivery platforms, and knows how to open new branches efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations across all outlets
- Optimise menu pricing, portioning, and SKUs to improve margins
- Reduce food cost, waste, and operational inefficiencies
- Negotiate better commercial terms with delivery platforms (Deliveroo, Careem, Talabat)
- Improve packaging (cost + brand presentation)
- Implement SOPs, staff training, and performance control
- Identify, evaluate, and launch 2–3 new locations
- Work closely with ownership on growth strategy and execution
Requirements:
- 3–7+ years experience in QSR or fast-casual food retail
- Experience managing multiple outlets
- Strong understanding of delivery-led restaurant models
- Proven experience improving margins and scaling operations
- UAE / GCC experience preferred
- Hands-on, commercially driven, and highly organised
