This role is ideal for someone who has grown QSR brands before, understands food margins, delivery platforms, and knows how to open new branches efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations across all outlets
  • Optimise menu pricing, portioning, and SKUs to improve margins
  • Reduce food cost, waste, and operational inefficiencies
  • Negotiate better commercial terms with delivery platforms (Deliveroo, Careem, Talabat)
  • Improve packaging (cost + brand presentation)
  • Implement SOPs, staff training, and performance control
  • Identify, evaluate, and launch 2–3 new locations
  • Work closely with ownership on growth strategy and execution

Requirements:

  • 3–7+ years experience in QSR or fast-casual food retail
  • Experience managing multiple outlets
  • Strong understanding of delivery-led restaurant models
  • Proven experience improving margins and scaling operations
  • UAE / GCC experience preferred
  • Hands-on, commercially driven, and highly organised
