Responsibilities
- Oversee all restaurant floor operations during busy service hours
- Manage table flow, order processing, and guest seating to maximize efficiency
- Personally welcome guests and ensure smooth dining experiences
- Deliver 100% guest satisfaction and maintain high online/social ratings
- Monitor service quality and resolve guest concerns instantly
- Recruit, train, and lead FOH teams to uphold top hospitality standards
- Ensure hygiene and safety standards per Dubai Municipality regulations
Requirements
- Proven experience managing large-cover, high-pressure restaurants
- Strong leadership and staff training capabilities
- Arabic fluency is a must; English highly valued
- Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- UAE experience preferred
Package
- Competitive salary (details shared with shortlisted candidates)
- Contract: 6–7 months, extendable
