Responsibilities

  • Oversee all restaurant floor operations during busy service hours
  • Manage table flow, order processing, and guest seating to maximize efficiency
  • Personally welcome guests and ensure smooth dining experiences
  • Deliver 100% guest satisfaction and maintain high online/social ratings
  • Monitor service quality and resolve guest concerns instantly
  • Recruit, train, and lead FOH teams to uphold top hospitality standards
  • Ensure hygiene and safety standards per Dubai Municipality regulations

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing large-cover, high-pressure restaurants
  • Strong leadership and staff training capabilities
  • Arabic fluency is a must; English highly valued
  • Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • UAE experience preferred

Package

  • Competitive salary (details shared with shortlisted candidates)
  • Contract: 6–7 months, extendable
