We are a fast-growing and customer-focused restaurant. We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team and ensure an exceptional dining experience for our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house activities
- Train, schedule, and supervise staff to ensure excellent customer service
- Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food quality standards
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally
- Monitor financial performance, including sales, costs, and profitability
- Implement strategies to increase revenue and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of restaurant management experience
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and restaurant operations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
