We are a fast-growing and customer-focused restaurant. We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team and ensure an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house activities
  • Train, schedule, and supervise staff to ensure excellent customer service
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food quality standards
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally
  • Monitor financial performance, including sales, costs, and profitability
  • Implement strategies to increase revenue and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of restaurant management experience
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and restaurant operations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure
  • Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
